A comedy of errors

They're beloved by Tynedale audiences and they're back with another Shakespearean offering.   Oddsocks Productions has been touring family-friendly adaptations of Shakespeare's plays every summer for the last 23 years. This time they're tackling his shortest and most farcical - The Comedy of Errors.   Two sets of identical twins are accidentally separated at birth. Having reached adulthood, one set - a servant and his master - decide  to set out to find their respective brothers. Cue  a series of wild mishaps as the terrified twosome run headlong into a climactic happy ending which defies all probability.   A madcap, tongue-in-cheek production, it takes place outdoors at Dilston Hall, near Corbridge, on Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27 - so rugs, chairs and picnics are a must!
